The batteries will charge inside the unit when it is connected to a power outlet. The unit can charge all three batteries and still illuminate.
You can use the included remote to pick from 12 color presets, as well as change the Speed, Mode, and Brightness.

The fixture is designed to be able to work in the rain and wind.
However – The fixture can not be submerged underwater for any amount of time, and the remote control must stay dry.
